Put metadata in variables

• lists.sh understands a few variables: title, description, publish_at, and list_type:

• =: title Hints & Tips
  =: list_type none

• But you can make up any variables you want and add them to your text files. When your lists are rendered on lists.sh, the unknown variables simply are ignored:

• =: tags howto 
  =: publish false

• A bit like YAML front matter, really.
